Beauty has been sold. The complexity and difficulty to source off the shelf accessories for Mitsubishi Shoguns in the UK means that we have given up and bought Daffy our new Land Rover Defender - all work will be concentrated on the new vehicle.

Project Scope

The purpose of this project is to make a 2005 Mitsubishi Shogun 4Work SUV more adept to camping and overlanding.

Some things we would like to add to the vehicle are:

Electrical

• Split charge power system
• Second battery
  • Possible Solar charging
• Power Distribution and outlet improvments
  • USB Power outlets
  • High Power connections at rear of vehicle for Air compressors etc.
• Shore power input and switchover
• Lighting

Fit-out

• Storage (Stowage) improvements for equipment and effects
  • Secure storage box
• Sleeping capability

Water

• Water storage and filtration
• Sink and drainage
• Cold Shower outlet (Foot and Dogwash)

Other improvments

• Central locking from vehicle loadspace
• Repair/replace radio/speakers
• Roof Rack with power and routing for antenna cables
• CB/Ham Radios
